In order to download your herd from BCMS you will need to enter your CTS Webservice ID and password into Herdwatch.  It allows Herdwatch to download your herd from CTS (BCMS) and is the final step before you can get up and running on Herdwatch.

NOTE: The 9-digit CTS Web-service ID is different to the 12-digit CTS online ID and password that you use to log-in to the CTS website.

The CTS Web-service ID is 9 digit code.
If you have ever used farm software before then you will probably already have the 9 digit ID and password.

If not, then you will need to contact the BCMS using the steps below.

Requesting a new CTS Web service ID and Password

Download this form and email it to bcmsenquiries@rpa.gov.uk

Or Call the BCMS Helpline Phone Number: 03450501234

It can take up to two weeks to receive this information from BCMS but the Herdwatch team are happy to walk you through the process should you need any help.
