The best and easiest way to contact us is by using our Message Centre right in the app - simply click on the "Messages" icon at the bottom right of your screen, and send us a message or reply to an existing one. The team will usually get back to you within a few hours, depending on when you submit your message.


I am not using the Herdwatch app or cannot access it right now:

The best and easiest way to contact us is by using our website chat - simply click on the blue circle icon at the bottom right of your screen, and send us a message or reply to an existing one. The team will usually get back to you within a few hours, depending on when you submit your message - remember to include your email address or phone number, as we will not be able to reply if you close the window.
